Guided by His Holy Spirit
Our ministry team and board are dedicated to giving precedence to God’s presence and are guided by His Holy Spirit in carrying out the vision and mission of the Kingdom Vision Center.

Tony Fournier
Founder and President
A prophet-teacher and speaker, Tony has ministered in churches and conferences in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Nigeria. He was ordained in 1996 by Apostle Jeffrey E. Allen and Prophetess Donna M. Allen, Center of Ministries, Des Moines, Washington, and by the International Fellowship of Ministries in Seattle, Washington, in 2003.
Tony is passionate to see Christ formed in every believer and an apostolic model of the local church restored in every city and region. Called and commissioned as an apostolic foundation layer, he is committed to preparing God’s people to fulfill their God-ordained purpose in the life of the church and culture. Tony desires to see a return to biblical discipleship that incorporates a lifestyle of prayer and worship, a firm foundation in the Word of God, and a reliance on the Holy Spirit to lead, guide, and demonstrate the fulness of Christ.
Escaping from the damaging influences of drug culture in his late teens, Tony enlisted in the US Coast Guard where he completed his career as a Chief Petty Officer. It was not until he miraculously walked away from a serious car accident without a scratch that he realized the love that Jesus was pouring out on him. Tony surrendered his life to Christ in 1982 and experienced a powerful encounter with the Holy Spirit in 1984.
Tony then began to operate in the gifts of the Holy Spirit, seeking ministry training in a formal Bible college setting and through church venues. He has served in ministry opportunities throughout his professional career, as a market-place minister, an associate pastor and teacher, various ministries in the local church, an executive board member of the International Fellowship of Ministries (now known as the Renaissance Coalition), and Co-Founder and President of Lion’s Roar Ministries.

Irene Fournier
Co-Founder and Vice-President/Secretary
A teacher, prophetic intercessor, speaker, and mother in the faith, Irene’s passionate desire is to see believers in Jesus Christ formed into His image and displaying His glory in every aspect of their lives.
Growing up in a poverty-stricken and abuse environment, Irene was 13 years old when her call to ministry came as she surrendered her life to Christ. At that point, she knew that her life was no longer her own and that her life calling was to train and prepare to help others come to know and experience the life-transforming power of Jesus Christ just as she had.
Throughout her adult life, Irene has served as a market-place minister and in a number of ministry leadership capacities. She has overseen youth ministries, co-pastored a home church, and co-lead local church prayer ministries. She served two terms as the first female board member of the International Fellowship of Ministries.
Irene has spoken at conferences in the US and Great Britain, and has co-led, taught, and facilitated numerous discipleship and equipping intensive training sessions in the greater Washington, DC, area.
She earned her Bachelor of Theology degree in 1982 and later sat under deeper theological and practical ministerial training with the late Apostle Jeffrey E. Allen and Prophetess Donna M. Allen, Center of Ministries, Des Moines, Washington, between 1992 and 1996. This apostle and prophetess ordained Irene into ministry alongside her husband, Tony, during the Feast of Tabernacles in 1996. She was later ordained through the International Fellowship of Ministries.
Her greatest delight is to see individuals come into closer personal relationship with Jesus Christ, and thus into greater fulfillment of their life-purpose.

Jim Ford

In ministry for over 46 years, Jim serves as an associate minister at Penkhull Christian Fellowship (AOG) and is the founder of Hem of His Garment Ministries. His ministry has taken him to many countries across the globe. Jim was first called to pioneer work in his local area at the age of 28, serving as a pastor for the next 21 years.
The focus of Jim’s ministry is equipping the saints, endeavoring to bring them to the revelation and reality of who they are in Christ. His heart is to empower the saints, and to build up and help establish the local church. He has seen God perform amazing miracles, healings, and deliverances. Jim also moves in the prophetic and apostolic gifting which God has placed on his life.
